In addition, we intentionally exclude plants that are listed as endangered species. Moreover, this product is meticulously crafted without making any compromises in terms of quality. Our skincare formulations prioritize cruelty-free practices, non-GMO and organic ingredients whenever feasible, and the exclusion of silicones, colorants, sulfates, phthalates, parabens, PEGs, petrolatum, mineral oil, and nanoparticles.

In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. "Perfect Balance: A Nourishing Yet Effective Cleanser for Oily Skin"
