In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This lip balm is best for every season and all ages! It provides good soothing and hydration to lips. I also add this as nice layer to over my matt lipstick for glossy shine. Definitely keeping on repeat. Highly recommend this product.
