 Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen, which is a natural substance that helps the body adapt to stress.

Now, you might have guessed the benefits, but There are many potential ashwagandha benefits, including its ability to reduce stress, improve brain function, and boost fertility. Additionally, some research suggests that it may be effective in treating anxiety and depression.
