Returns + Exchange

We aim to satisfy each and every customer, and want to resolve any issue that may arise. 

if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. if your request is within the parameters of time allowed, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments.

We do not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to among the flowers

Green-Beauty Co does not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.

Shipping

Our products are made without preservatives, additives and chemical ingredients. they are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure the freshest quality to you. Please allow 7 business days* for your item to ship. 

*business days are monday-friday and do not include weekends.

Cancellations

All cancellations will be charged a 10% restocking fee
